Shipping & Tracking



All orders will be confirmed within 1 - 2 working day.You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. 


Unless otherwise stated, all items will be dispatched within 3-7 working days after your order has been confirmed.

(Working days do not include bank holidays & public holidays.)



If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the Products, PAPRIKA’s delivery agent will notify the receiver and attempt to deliver again.

In such case, customers shall bear any extra delivery cost.

 


Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. PAPRIKA cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Box, hotels, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.
