Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any cancellation once the checkout is completed.

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch,

please contact our online CS team as soon as possible to make any changes to your delivery address.


We hope you love your purchase at PAPRIKA.

If the product is found to be defective or damaged after purchase,

please notify our online CS team within 7 days from receiving your order. 

Customers would have to bring the product to our flagship store in Tsim Sha Tsui for exchange.

If you wish to exchange at another branch, please arrange with our online customer service.

Please ensure that the returned merchandise is brand new and fully packaged

(including merchandise, boxes, accessories, tags).

All returned merchandise will be inspected before further refunds are processed.

The damage, off-color, defect and fading of gift box will not be accepted as exchange item.  

We reserve the right to reject returned merchandise that does not meet the above conditions

and shall return the parcel to the customer,

and shipping will be paid by the customer.

You can exchange for other in-store products which share same value or above.

If the new item is a different product and there is a price difference, please pay the difference.

If it is lower than the amount paid, no refund will be given.

Item exchanges are subject to in-store product availability.

PAPRIKA reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
