Notice relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance

By completing the membership registration, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions of PAPRIKA's membership agreement.

As a condition of Member's use of Member Services, Member agrees to provide correct and complete information of Member as required and is under a duty to maintain and update the said personal information in order to ensure its accuracy completeness and update.

PAPRIKA reserves the right to refuse the application for Membership or suspend or terminate the Membership without notice or incurring any liability towards the member or any persons.

Members will use the personal data collected for, but not limited to, the following purposes:

1. Process applications, terminate and continue your membership.
2. Manage your member account and process any points program as defined by the rules.
3. Provide you with product promotions and offers through our company or our affiliates or partners.
4. Verify your identity.
5. Handling and following up service requirements and inquiries.
