As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us via email email@example.com as soon as possible to make any changes to your delivery address.
We do not accept any changes once the confirmation email is sent.
The delivery, re-delivery, shipment, return, forwarding, re-shipment, and administrative costs, tax, duties, storage and disposal charges and costs for any Product(s), which is/are rejected by the Buyer where such rejection is not made pursuant to an express right of the Buyer under these Conditions, or where any delivery to the Buyer is unsuccessful for any reason.
Our exchange policy is only applicable to any item(s) purchased online and delivered within Hong Kong, China.
Other orders will not be accepted for exchange.

If you are dissatisfied with the item(s), please submit an exchange request via "Message Shop" on paprika-official.com and describing the reasons and the defective product to be exchanged within 7 days from receiving your order.
PAPRIKA reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement of a defective product if:
- You are unable to produce the Product details or tax receipt;
- The defective product is a third party product and PAPRIKA is not authorised by the supplier to process replacements
- The defect is the result of :
- unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear;
- accidental nicks, scratches, or minor damage;
- improper use or mismanagement;
- modification of the product not authorised by PAPRIKA;
- use of product by a person other than Buyer
EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITION
- Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached
- The damage of packaging or the fade of colour of the product will not be accepted as a reason of exchange
- A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost
- In case you return an order enjoying a free gift with purchase (GWP) and the value of the order after returns falls below the GWP qualifying amount, the redeemed GWP must be returned. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.
- Please note that an exchange is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value.
- Customer can choose to do an exchange for other products of a higher retail price, however you will have to pay for the price difference.
- If the retail price of the exchange item is lower than the original item, no refund will be given.
- All risks in shipping the item(s) to PAPRIKA shall be borne by you. PAPRIKA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.
- PAPRIKA makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
- PAPRIKA's decisions on Returns are final.
